By subscribing to our service, you agree to the recurring billing for your selected subscription plan. You may modify your subscription at any time, subject to our modifications policy.
All subscription fees are billed according to the subscription plan frequency selected, e.g monthly, quarterly, or biannually. We require payment in full prior to delivery.
3. Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed promptly after we receive them. Delivery times will vary according to location. Delivery fees are calculated during order finalization.
4. Product Availability
We strive to ensure the availability of our products. In the event of any issue concerning their availability, please be informed that we may substitute items with equivalent alternatives of equal value, where possible.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely through our designated payment platforms.
We accept payments via debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money services (e.g OPay, Moniepoint).
6. Modifications & Refunds
Modifications to subscriptions and orders can be made up to 72 hours before the next scheduled delivery.
Refunds are available on a per case basis.
